A virtual training on “Analytical Techniques for Impact Assessment for Agricultural Technologies & Policies” was organized by Division of Agricultural Economics, Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR)-Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI), Centre for Advanced Agricultural Science and Technology (CAAST) and International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI) from March 17-27, 2021. The targeted audience of the training were students who are pursuing PhD in Agricultural Economics / Extension / Statistics from autonomous universities / central agricultural universities / UGC recognized private universities / State agriculture universities and ICAR. The aim was to update knowledge skills along with addressing their own research questions with empirical rigor of the target audience. The total number of training participants were 50 (34 female and 16 male).
