Training on Social Accounting Matrices (SAM) in Pakistan

IFPRI staff conducted SAM training in Pakistan in 2019 and 2020. The details of the training are provided below:

1. Abdul Wajid Rana, Stephen Davies, Zeeshan Haider, and Sania Haider provided training to Pakhtunkhwa Economic Policy Research Institute (PEPRI) staff in Nov 2019 to carry out development of provincial SAM for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) on their own. 2. Stephen Davies, Zeeshan Haider, Saad Moeen and Abdul Wajid Rana provided a follow-up and mentoring workshop for researchers from PEPRI working on KP SAM in Feb 2020. The training had 5 male participants. For more information on the training staff, please click here.
3. Stephen Davies, Zeeshan Haider, Saad Moeen and Abdul Wajid Rana provided training to Pakhtunkhwa Economic Policy Research Institute (PEPRI) staff in Sept 2020 to carry out development of provincial SAM for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) on their own.
