James Thurlow facilitated a learning event on Computable General Equilibrium modeling and public investment prioritization for participants from Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning (MINECOFIN), Rwanda and the National Bank of Rwanda. The training had 8 participants - all under 35, all male. At the end of the training, 5 of them chose a relevant topic (mostly related to the current food and fuel crisis), ran the simulations, and presented their results to the Senior Economist of MINECOFIN.
